Exclusion of liability

1. Website content

The author takes no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author based on material or non-material damage resulting from the use or disuse of the information provided or from the use of incorrect and incomplete information are completely unfounded provided that no intentional or grossly negligent fault of the author can be proven.

2. Links and references

Therefore, the author explicitly declares that the linked websites were free of any illegal contents at the time the link was placed. The author has no influence on the current or future design of the linked pages or on their contents. As a result, he explicitly distances himself / herself from any of the contents of the linked sites which were changed after the link had already been placed. This statement applies to all the links and references placed within the internet offer as well as to all entries placed by visitors of the web site in guest books, discussion forums or mailing lists.
Only the supplier of a given web site, to which the link was provided, and not the one who refers the visitor to the link, can be held liable for all illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and especially for any damage resulting from the use or disuse of this kind of information.

3. Copyright and trademark law

All the brands and trademarks mentioned in the online offer and protected by rights of the third parties are subject to the regulations of a particular valid trademark law and the rights of possession owned by particular registered owners without any restrictions. Application of different trademarks should not lead to a conclusion that trademarks are not protected by rights of third parties!
The copyright for all published items which were created by the author is owned by the author himself / herself. Copying and using of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other internet or printed publications is strictly forbidden without a prior explicit agreement from the author.
